The European Central Bank recently published an official study into digital online currencies, the first by a major financial institution.
Alarmingly, the report tends to play down the suitability of these currencies to terrorist groups. In particular, the report passes off legitimate concerns, such as those raised two years ago by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), as ‘negative press’. Indeed, the report fails to account for the development and increasing market for the digital online currency known as Bitcoin, and not only its potential for use to launder money (raised by FATF) and for gambling but the access it provides to weapons available via online black markets.
Hi I contacted BFL about the SC rig delivery times and got a very vague response – can anyone / does anyone have a better differnt answer?
FROM BFL: we cannot disclose the number of orders, however there are a great many. Shipping of the new units is still anticipated to begin in late October. We are unable to predict accurate wait times, even estimates, until shipping begins. This will be better addressed by our engineering teams once production gets underway.
Reminder, we are receiving large volumes of orders, so the earlier you make a purchase the sooner the items will ship.
This post is designed as a handy short cut to help you find your favourite pool’s forum thread, or shop for a new pool. The hashrate is an average based on a pool’s published statistics for the week, unless that pool does not publish round history on API or html, in which case it’s the hashrate when the list was updated. I’ll endeavour to add more pools as I can.
If any miners need more information than appears in the list, post here. If there are any mistakes, pool ops please post or pm me.
